Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively certainly got people talking around the water cooler with this shot from the March issue of Elle Magazine.

In the photo the 24 year old, best known for her role as Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen, is wearing a red nylon blend suit from the Michael Kors 2012 Spring/Summer RTW collection.
